Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations and strive to minimize their environmental impact.

7. Anti-Fraud Compliance Program

* Fraud Prevention: Suppliers must implement and maintain effective fraud prevention measures.

* Reporting Fraud: Suppliers must report any suspected fraud or unethical behaviour to STAC Search Limited immediately.

* Training and Awareness: Suppliers must provide regular training to their employees on fraud prevention and ethical business practices.

* Audits and Monitoring: Suppliers must allow STAC Search Limited to conduct audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with this Code of Ethics.

8. Compliance and Enforcement

* Acknowledgment: Suppliers must acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code of Ethics.

* Consequences of Non-Compliance: Non-compliance with this Code of Ethics may result in the termination of the supplier relationship with STAC Search Limited.
